BATHYMETRY
Our drone bathymetry platform provides a safe and cost-effective means of measuring water depths and volumes for mine tailings dams and open-cut pits.
Safety is enhanced over remotely operated boat platforms as there is no requirement to physically access the water's edge to launch, or require any personnel to work over water.
A real-time video feed enables the operator to avoid obstacles in the water and the chance of equipment snags.
Our drone platforms can measure actual as well as potential volumes. Sediment levels can be inferred based on design drawings and sediment increase over time can be calculated with repeated surveys.

Our drone platforms can collect high resolution imagery and LiDAR data over working mine sites. Imagery can be processed into geospatially accurate ortho-images for asset mapping and condition assessments.
Using our LiDAR scanner, extremely accurate 3D models can be generated that can be used to perform volumetric calculations of stockpiles and cuttings.
